A lot is associated with hiring the candidate that is the right fit for your Organization! 
 
Hiring the right applicant involves being forthcoming about all of the criteria for the position.  This means identifying the terms of employment: Is the position part-time or full-time; seasonal; or temporary?  Is the position exempt or non-exempt, hourly, salary, commission, or some other manner of compensation.  It is also critical to identify all of the requirements for the position as well as all of the duties and tasks that are required to effectively do the job.
